That suits a homeowner on acreage who needs septic power and a bigger service in one visit, someone adding a shop or detached garage, or an older house due for a panel replacement. The focus is residential wiring, services and lighting; large commercial contracts and industrial plant work fall outside it. On an older Spokane house, the repair-or-replace question usually turns on the panel itself. A tripping breaker or a dead outlet is often a repair.
