Brancato Electric LLC.

The business operates under the legal name Brancato Electric LLC and lists electrical as its only trade. It works out of Hayden and travels roughly 25 miles from there, which covers the towns of Kootenai County's lakes-and-prairie corridor without stretching much past them. Its Idaho record is an electrical contractor license issued by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing in late 2023, the credential Idaho requires of anyone contracting electrical work in the state. Most electrical jobs on a house in the Coeur d'Alene area need a permit and an inspection. That includes panel replacements and service upgrades, new circuits, wiring for a remodel or addition, hot tub and shop feeds, generator hookups and EV chargers. In Idaho, electrical permits for contracted work are generally pulled by the licensed electrical contractor, not the homeowner, and the inspector checks the work before walls close up and again at final. Expect your electrician to pull the permit and schedule those inspections. A signed-off permit matters later too, when you sell the house or file an insurance claim, and it confirms the wiring behind the drywall was looked at by someone other than the person who installed it.
