Falco's fits a homeowner putting a gas insert into an old masonry fireplace, adding an outdoor kitchen, or moving to a ductless heat pump who wants the unit and its wiring handled by one outfit. The company also advertises gas leak, carbon monoxide and efficiency testing, plus a parts and labor warranty and membership plans. The state lists Grant Falco, Andrea Falco and David Sims as principals since 2024, and the crew runs in the 31-to-50 range. Large commercial wiring and new-construction trades sit outside its usual mix of mechanical systems and fire features. A single outlet in a firebox or a reconnect on a replaced condenser is a short visit, and it makes sense to have it done by whoever installs the appliance. A bigger project in a Spokane house, such as a multi-zone heat pump in an older South Hill or Valley home, can turn up an undersized panel or aging wiring, and that changes the job.
