The state insures the business under its class for wiring and floodlight installation in buildings. On its own site the company names knob-and-tube and aluminum wiring replacement, EV chargers, KOHLER generators and transfer switches, heat tape, and commercial lighting including parking lot and shop fixtures. It says it has journeyman electricians on staff and claims a 10-year workmanship warranty. The state puts the crew at one to three people, and the permit pace suggests a small team that stays busy with service calls. That suits a homeowner adding a dedicated circuit for a hot tub or charger, swapping out a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel, or rewiring an older house, and a business owner after a lighting retrofit or tenant improvement wiring. The state lists Corey Butcher, Robert Morse and William Milliken as principals since 2020. Large industrial power distribution sits outside the work this record describes. Repair or replace is the question with most electrical calls on older Spokane houses. A dead outlet or a tripped circuit is usually a repair. A panel from a brand with a known failure history, or a house still running on knob-and-tube or early aluminum branch wiring, is a different conversation, because patching one spot leaves the rest of the system as it was. Adding a hot tub, EV charger or shop circuit can also push an older service past what it was sized for. Ask the electrician to look at the whole panel and service before quoting a single circuit.
