Kaestner Electric Inc.

Electrical is the one trade on record for Kaestner Electric, and the business is set up as an incorporated electrical contractor rather than a general builder that subs out the wiring. In Idaho, electrical contractors hold a trade licence from the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing instead of the general contractor registration other trades use, and Kaestner's record is that electrical contractor license, held since 2008. Its work stays in Idaho, centered on Dalton Gardens and the Kootenai County towns within its radius. Electrical demand around Coeur d'Alene follows the building season. Spring and summer bring new construction, remodels and shop or garage wiring, and electricians who serve builders get booked up as those projects need rough-in and final work. Late fall pushes another wave as homeowners add heat, generator hookups or service upgrades before winter. A homeowner planning a panel upgrade, an addition or a new outbuilding does well to call during the slower winter months and get on the schedule early, so the electrical work lines up with framing and inspection rather than holding up the rest of the job.
