RB Electric.

Electrical is the whole of the work here. RB Electric lists no other trade, and the Idaho record is an electrical contractor license issued through the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing rather than a general contractor registration. That matters for a homeowner sorting out who can legally pull an electrical permit on the Idaho side. Two decades under the same licence is a long run for a small trade outfit in Kootenai County. Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls mix older houses near the downtowns with large stretches of newer construction out toward Hayden and Rathdrum, and the electrical work differs between them. Older homes can carry undersized panels, ungrounded circuits or wiring that was extended piecemeal over the years, so a panel upgrade or a new circuit often turns up more than the job first suggested. Newer subdivisions tend to be straightforward to work in, but additions like shop power, EV chargers, hot tubs or heat pumps can push a service near its limit. Telling the electrician the age of the house and what is being added helps scope the job before anyone opens a wall.
