Teremark Electrical Group LLC.

Teremark works on the Idaho side of the line under its Idaho electrical contractor license, issued in 2020. That license is the record that matters for electrical work in Kootenai County. Idaho licenses electricians and electrical contractors directly through its Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, rather than through a general contractor registration. From a Hayden base, the travel radius keeps the business close to the towns around the north end of the lake and along the corridor to Post Falls and Rathdrum. Electrical permits deserve attention when hiring in the Coeur d'Alene area. Service upgrades, new circuits, panel replacements, wiring for additions or finished basements, and hookups for things like hot tubs or EV chargers usually need an electrical permit and an inspection before walls close or power is turned on. In Idaho, electrical permits generally go through the state's licensing division, not the city building office, and a licensed contractor is the one who pulls them. Expect the electrician to handle the permit and schedule the inspection. An inspected job leaves a record that helps when insuring or selling the house, and it means someone besides the installer has checked the work.
