Aci Northwest Inc.

ACI Northwest is listed as a general contractor, the trade that takes on a whole project and coordinates the work inside it. Its Idaho registration dates to 2005, which puts it among the longer-standing registrations in the Kootenai County market. The business operates under the shorter name ACI Northwest, and its legal name is ACI Northwest Inc. General contracting covers a wide span, and the right hire depends on the size of the job. A sticking door, a bit of rotted trim or a small drywall patch is handyman territory, and a general contractor may not be the quickest or cheapest route. A kitchen remodel, an addition, or a basement finish that touches framing, electrical and plumbing is different: someone has to schedule the trades, handle permits with the city or county, and answer for the result. In Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and the surrounding towns, that coordination also means planning around winter, when exterior work slows and interior projects fill the calendar. For a project with several moving parts, ask any general contractor how they sequence the trades and who your single point of contact will be.
