Acor Restoration Services LLC.

The Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing lists Acor Restoration Services as a registered contractor, with the registration issued in 2025. That makes it a newer name on the Idaho side of the line. Its registration is in Idaho only, so its work stays on this side: Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and the towns north and east of the interstate corridor. Because general contracting covers a wide range of jobs, ask early in the conversation what kind of restoration or repair work the crew takes on most often. Around Coeur d'Alene, contractor calendars follow the weather. Spring and summer fill up fast, with exterior jobs, lake-area remodels and repairs left over from winter all competing for the same crews. Fall is a good window to book interior work. Winter brings its own surge: frozen pipes, ice dams and storm damage tend to come in waves, and restoration work often can't wait. For planned projects, get on a schedule well before the busy season, ideally while snow is still on the ground. For damage repair, call as soon as it happens, and expect the first visit to focus on stopping further harm before the full repair is scheduled.
