Aesir Construction.

As a general contractor, Aesir Construction is the kind of firm a homeowner brings in when a project touches more than one trade and needs someone to run it from start to finish. Its registration with Idaho dates to 2023, and its work is on the Idaho side of the state line, centered on Coeur d'Alene. The full state registration record appears in its own panel on this page. Coeur d'Alene's housing runs from older homes near downtown and the lake, many built with plaster walls, original wiring and framing that has settled over decades, to newer subdivisions stretching toward Hayden and Post Falls built with engineered lumber and modern sheathing. A remodel on an older house often means opening walls and finding conditions nobody planned for, so it's worth asking any general contractor how they handle surprises behind the drywall and how changes get priced. On newer homes, the questions lean toward matching existing finishes and working with materials meant for snow loads and freeze-thaw cycles. Getting the scope written down before work starts helps on either kind of house.
