BCR Land Services Inc.

BCR Land Services operates on the Idaho side of the line, holding a current Idaho contractor registration. Its working radius from Coeur d'Alene covers most of Kootenai County's populated corridor, from Hayden Lake down through the city and west toward Post Falls. The business has held its Idaho registration since 2009, which puts it among the longer-standing contractors working this part of north Idaho. Coeur d'Alene's housing runs from older homes near downtown and the lake, many on small lots with mature trees and aging drainage, to newer subdivisions on the prairie toward Hayden and Rathdrum built on glacial gravel. Land and site work looks different on each. Older lots often hide old utility lines, buried debris or settled fill, so ask how a contractor handles surprises once digging starts. Newer lots tend to drain fast but can need grading to keep water moving away from foundations during spring melt. Whatever the job, ask what equipment will be on site, how access will work on a tight lot, and how the ground will be left when the work is done.
