Black Diamond Foundations LLC.

The state record lists Black Diamond Foundations LLC under a single trade, general contractor, registered in Idaho. Foundation work is what the name points to, and that is the kind of job a homeowner would most likely call about: footings, slabs and the concrete under a new house, addition, garage or shop. Its Idaho registration dates to 2019. Work in Kootenai County towns falls within the 25-mile radius from Coeur d'Alene. Foundation and concrete work around Coeur d'Alene follows the ground. Frost and winter weather slow excavation and pours, so demand bunches up from spring thaw through fall as builders and homeowners all try to get footings in before the cold returns. Anyone planning an addition, garage or new build here does well to line up the foundation crew during winter, while plans are still being drawn, rather than waiting for the ground to soften. Foundation work comes first in the build schedule, so a late start pushes back framing and everything after it, sometimes into the next season.
