Commercial interior schedules in Spokane tend to follow the budget calendar more than the weather. Public agencies and many businesses plan around fiscal years, so design and furniture orders often bunch up in late spring and again before year-end. Manufacturer lead times on systems furniture and glass partitions can stretch well past the construction work itself, so it pays to start space planning early and lock selections before demolition. Moves timed for slower periods, like holidays, need booking further ahead.
