Croc Coatings LLC.

Croc Coatings carries its registration through Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing under the general contractor category, first issued in 2020. From its Post Falls base, a twenty-five-mile reach covers the Idaho towns of the Coeur d'Alene market: Coeur d'Alene itself, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Rathdrum and Dalton Gardens. A homeowner in any of those places is within the area the business says it travels. Coatings work around Coeur d'Alene meets two very different kinds of houses. Older homes near downtown Coeur d'Alene and in the established parts of Post Falls often have concrete and surfaces that have been patched, painted or sealed more than once. Before anything new goes down, it's worth asking how old layers will be removed and how cracks and moisture will be handled. The newer subdivisions spreading through Hayden, Rathdrum and the edges of Post Falls bring fresh slabs. Ask whether new concrete has cured long enough to take a coating. Freeze-thaw winters and spring melt test any finish here, so ask how a coating handles cold, road salt and water tracked in on tires, and get a clear description of the prep in writing.
