Dahl Demo.

Dahl Demo holds an Idaho contractor registration, issued in 2018, and works from Coeur d'Alene. A 25-mile radius from there takes in Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens and Hayden Lake. Its registration is Idaho's alone, so its work stays on that side of the state line. Demolition and general contracting bids are easiest to compare when every contractor is pricing the same job. Before asking for quotes, write down exactly what comes out and what stays: walls, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, a deck, an outbuilding. Note anything you suspect sits behind the finishes, like old wiring, plumbing or insulation in an older Coeur d'Alene or Hayden home, and ask each bidder how they'd handle a surprise. Spell out who hauls debris and where it goes, whether utilities need disconnecting first, how the site is protected, and what condition it's left in. Ask whether the quote includes permits. Bids that differ widely often answer those questions differently.
