That suits jobs in the ground: grading and drainage on a new residential lot, a sewer connection, or utility trenching and irrigation rough-in ahead of a build. Gradeway is a site-work outfit. Interior remodeling and finish carpentry belong to a different kind of contractor. Spokane's housing stock shapes underground work. Older neighborhoods in the city often still have original clay or cast-iron side sewers that crack or take in roots over time. Newer subdivisions in Mead and Spokane Valley sit on graded lots where drainage depends on how the site was shaped at the start. Before hiring for either kind of job, ask how the contractor will handle the connection to the county or city sewer main, and how the finished grade will move water away from the foundation.
