Hearth Homes LLC.

Hearth Homes holds an Idaho contractor registration issued in the fall of 2022, and that is the state it works in. As a general contractor, it falls under the registration that covers residential building and remodeling work in Kootenai County. Homeowners in Post Falls and the nearby towns can confirm the registration number and status in the state record shown on this page before signing anything. Building and remodeling demand around Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls tracks the weather closely. Spring is when most homeowners start calling, and contractors' summer calendars tend to fill early, since foundations, framing and exterior work go best between thaw and the first hard frost. Late fall and winter are a good time to talk through plans, get bids and line up drawings or permit applications with the city or county, so work can start when the ground allows. Interior remodels are easier to schedule in the colder months. Planning a season ahead gives you a better chance of getting on a general contractor's schedule at the time you want.
