Kasco of Idaho LLC.

Rathdrum is the base, and the business keeps its registration on the Idaho side of the line. A 25-mile reach from town covers neighbors like Hayden, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene and the farm-and-subdivision country between them. Kasco has held its Idaho registration since 2006, so it has been working through the area's long run of new housing and the steady remodeling that follows it. General contracting around Coeur d'Alene runs on the weather. Foundations, framing and exterior work crowd into the stretch from late spring through fall, and the calendar for those months tends to fill over the winter. A homeowner planning an addition or a major remodel does well to start conversations in the cold months, while contractors have time to walk the site and talk through the scope. Interior projects are easier to fit in during winter, when outdoor work slows. Snow load and frozen ground shape what can start when, so a realistic start date matters as much as the plan itself.
