Panhandle Restoration LLC.

The business goes by Panhandle Restoration and is registered in Idaho only, so its work stays on the Idaho side of the line. Rathdrum is the service area it names. The registration was issued in 2025, which makes this a newer name on the state's books. The page's registration panel carries the number and current status for anyone who wants to check it against the state's own lookup. General contracting around Rathdrum, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene often runs into the permit question early. Structural changes, additions, new decks, window or door openings that alter framing, and most electrical, plumbing and mechanical work generally need a permit from the city or from Kootenai County, depending on whether the property sits inside city limits. Restoration jobs after water or fire damage can cross into permitted work once walls, wiring or framing are replaced. Expect the contractor to pull the permit and schedule the inspections, since the permit ties the work to the registered contractor and the inspector's sign-off protects you when you sell or insure the house. Ask who is pulling it before work starts.
