Premier Quality Homes Inc.

Premier Quality Homes holds a residential contractor registration with Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, issued in 2017. That is the state where it is registered and the side of the line where it works. The name points toward homebuilding, and as a general contractor the firm takes on the role of running a project: coordinating the trades, sequencing the work and carrying the job from start to finish rather than handling a single piece of it. Before comparing quotes from general contractors in the Coeur d'Alene area, write down the scope in plain terms: which rooms or structures are involved, what stays and what goes, and the finishes you have in mind, even roughly. Ask each bidder to list what is included and what is an allowance, who pulls the permit with the city or county, and how changes will be priced once work starts. Note whether site prep, cleanup and disposal are in the number. Bids built on the same written scope can actually be compared. Bids built on a conversation usually can't, and the gaps tend to show up halfway through the job.
