Timber Country Contractors Inc.

Based in Dalton Gardens and registered with Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, Timber Country Contractors works as a general contractor, the kind of firm that takes on a building or remodeling project and coordinates the trades it needs. Its registration dates to 2022. From a Dalton Gardens base, a twenty-five-mile reach puts Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Post Falls and Rathdrum within range. Before comparing general contractor bids in the Coeur d'Alene area, write down the scope in your own words: which rooms or structures are involved, what gets removed, what stays, and which finishes you've already chosen versus left open. Ask each bidder to list what's included and what's an allowance, who pulls the permit with the city or county, and how changes will be priced once work starts. Note whether the bid covers cleanup, disposal and any subcontracted trades like electrical or plumbing. On older Dalton Gardens and Hayden properties, ask how each contractor handles surprises behind the walls. Quotes built on the same written scope are the only ones worth comparing side by side.
