Trim Effex.

Trim Effex holds an Idaho contractor registration first issued in 2018 under the legal name TRIM EFFEX, and it is listed as an operating business in Coeur d'Alene. Its registration covers Idaho only, so its work stays on the Idaho side of the line, in Kootenai County towns within reach of Coeur d'Alene. For a homeowner in Hayden or Post Falls, that means a contractor based close by rather than one driving in from across the state line. Before any general or finish work starts, get the scope written down room by room: which walls, doors, windows or built-ins are included, and which materials and finishes are specified. Ask who handles cleanup each day and at the end, and where cut-offs and old trim will go. Agree on how change orders are priced and approved before they come up, since older Coeur d'Alene homes often turn up out-of-square walls or rot once old casing comes off. Finally, ask what workmanship warranty is offered on the finished work and how a callback gets scheduled.
