Trison Construction Inc.

Trison holds an Idaho contractor registration, issued in 2022, and works on the Idaho side of the line. The business operates under the name TriSon Construction locally and keeps its base in Coeur d'Alene, so jobs around the lake and up the Highway 95 corridor toward Hayden sit well inside its normal range. As a general contractor, it's the kind of firm that takes on a project as a whole and coordinates the trades that go into it. Before any general contracting job starts, get the scope written down in plain terms: which rooms, which materials, and who supplies fixtures and finishes. Ask how cleanup is handled day to day and at the end, and whether debris hauling is included. Settle how change orders work, meaning written, priced and signed before the extra work begins, since remodels in older Coeur d'Alene homes often turn up surprises once walls are open. Finally, ask what workmanship warranty the contractor offers, how long it runs, and how to reach them if something needs attention after the final payment.
