Walsh Construction LLC.

Walsh Construction holds a current Idaho contractor registration under the general contractor category, and that is the side of the line it works. Its home base in Moscow puts it in north-central Idaho, and the listing names Coeur d'Alene as a place it serves. Homeowners in Kootenai County weighing a contractor from outside the immediate area can reasonably ask how site visits, scheduling and crew travel will be handled on their job. Before work starts with any general contractor, get the scope in writing: which rooms or structures, which materials, and who supplies them. Ask who handles daily cleanup and final haul-away of debris, and whether a dumpster sits in the driveway. Settle how change orders work, in writing and priced before the extra work is done, since remodels often turn up surprises behind walls. Ask what workmanship warranty is offered, how long it runs, and who you call if something fails after the final payment. Ask who pulls permits with the city or county, too, and make sure inspections are part of the schedule.
