On the Ball HVAC LLC.

On the Ball HVAC is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor, and that's its only listed trade. Idaho issued the firm's HVAC contractor license in 2023. In North Idaho, that work runs to furnaces and heat pumps that carry a house through cold winters, and air conditioning for the hot, dry stretch of summer. With a service radius of about 25 miles from Coeur d'Alene, the company's reach covers the Kootenai County towns along the I-90 and US-95 corridors. Most HVAC work in the Coeur d'Alene area needs a mechanical permit. Replacing a furnace or air handler, adding a heat pump or central air, installing a gas line or new venting, and running new ductwork usually all qualify, whether the job is inside Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls or Hayden city limits or out in the county. The permit brings an inspector to check gas connections, venting and combustion air, which is where a bad install turns dangerous. A licensed HVAC contractor should pull that permit as part of the job. If a quote leaves it to the homeowner or skips it, ask why before signing.
