All About Construction & Lndscpg Inc.

Spokane County permits tie the business to residential swimming pools in Spokane, a patio cover in Otis Orchards, and a commercial and multi-family sewer permit in Greenacres, with work on record from 2022 into 2026. Earlier, between 2014 and 2017, it filed public work for Spokane School District 81, mostly as a subcontractor. The company says it has been in business since 1993 and is family-owned, and it also lists the name Landscape Specialists. The state lists Casey Cumpton as a principal since 2017, and the crew sits in the seven-to-ten range. That mix suits a homeowner planning a whole-yard project, where design, grading, a patio or retaining wall and the planting all come from one crew. It also fits masonry or concrete additions around a house, and sewer line work on commercial or multi-family property. Structural wood framing for new construction is a different kind of job. On a project tied to a fixed date, settle the start date and how you'll stay in touch before work begins. Spokane's season sets the calendar for this work. Frozen ground stops excavation and concrete for much of winter, and freeze-thaw cycles punish flatwork and walls built on poorly compacted base or without drainage, so ask how the base and drainage will be handled. Contractors book up early for spring, and the dry, hot summers make new sod and plantings thirsty, so irrigation should be part of the plan. Fall is often a good window for planting and for getting hardscape done before the ground freezes.
