Landscape Pros and Excavation LLC.

Landscaping is the trade on its Idaho registration, and the excavation side suggests jobs where machinery moves dirt before anything gets planted or built. Post Falls is home base. From there, a 25-mile reach covers neighbors like Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Rathdrum on the Idaho side. Idaho registers contractors through the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, and Landscape Pros and Excavation has held that registration since 2019. Before comparing quotes for landscaping that involves dirt work, write down what you actually want the ground to do. Note where water sits after snowmelt, where the slope runs toward the house, and what has to come out: stumps, old rock, sod, a failing patio. Mark utilities and property lines, and decide whether you want grading only or grading plus finished planting, rock and irrigation. Ask each bidder to spell out how much soil or rock is being hauled in or out, who handles disposal, and what the site looks like when they leave. Bids that leave out haul-off or final grade aren't the same job, so line them up item by item.
