Andrey's Construction Service.

The state lists Andrey Chumov as a principal. With one risk class on file, this is a narrow trade rather than a general plumbing shop: digging and laying sewer service lines, and setting septic tanks and the systems around them. New business comes mostly through referrals and repeat customers, and the company keeps a Facebook page rather than advertising widely. That suits a homeowner putting a septic system on a rural lot outside town, or replacing an aging sewer line on an older Spokane property. Large commercial underground work sits outside that residential focus. Spokane's housing stock shapes this trade. Older neighborhoods close to downtown often still have original sewer laterals in clay or cast iron, where root intrusion, cracked joints and settling are common. Those lines are usually replaced rather than patched. Newer subdivisions in places like Liberty Lake tend to have plastic pipe tied into city sewer. Farther out, around Mead, Cheney and the rural edges of the county, many homes rely on septic systems, and soil conditions affect how a system is laid out. Before hiring, ask what material the existing line is, whether a camera inspection is planned, and who handles permits with the city or county health district.
