Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC.

County and Spokane Valley permits pulled on the licence run from 2023 through 2026 and cover residential and commercial plumbing, mechanical work, residential sewer and a right-of-way permit, with job sites in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Colbert and Veradale. The business also files public work, mostly as a subcontractor, for the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services, the state Department of Commerce, Spokane International Airport, the Spokane Airport Board and Oakesdale School District. The state lists Christopher Palmer as a principal since 2022. The company describes itself as family-owned and locally operated, says it was founded in 2017, and claims a workmanship guarantee. A crew this size suits the calls that can't wait: a burst pipe, a backed-up main line, a dead water heater on a cold morning. Camera inspections, hydro jetting and sewer line replacement are on the company's list, which fits the older homes with aging clay and cast-iron laterals found across Spokane's older neighborhoods. Raptor also advertises tankless water heaters, water softeners and filtration, gas lines, sump and ejector pumps, backflow devices and new-construction rough-in. It's a plumbing shop through and through, so mold remediation, lead-safe renovation or general contracting belong with a different trade. Before comparing plumbing quotes, write down what was actually found: the camera footage or a description of where the sewer line is cracked or rooted, and how deep. Ask each bidder whether they plan a spot repair, a full replacement or trenchless work, and whether the price includes the permit, restoring the yard or driveway, and any right-of-way work if the line runs under a city street. For water heaters, note the tank or tankless model, size and venting. Two bids that differ a lot often describe two different jobs.
