Bentas Construction LLC.

Everything Bentas lists is residential, and all of it is full-scale construction rather than small repairs. That makes it a natural call for a custom build on a North Idaho lot, or for a major addition or renovation where design and structure have to be worked out together before anything is framed. The company says much of its work comes through referrals and repeat clients. It also advertises a satisfaction guarantee. Commercial work and quick handyman fixes sit outside what it describes, and Idaho is the only state where it holds a contractor registration. Building and major remodeling in Coeur d'Alene follows the weather. Excavation, foundations and framing crowd into the spring and summer months, when ground conditions and daylight allow. Builders who take on custom homes and additions tend to book that season well before it starts. For an addition or new house in Coeur d'Alene, Hayden or Post Falls, start the conversation in the fall or winter, when there's time for design and drawings, so the project is ready to break ground once the ground thaws. Interior remodels are more flexible and often fit well into the colder months.
