Heritage Roofing & Construction Inc.

Recent Spokane County permits show the pattern clearly: combined reroof, siding and window replacement jobs in Colbert, Medical Lake, Greenacres and Spokane, filed in 2025 and 2026. The state's workers'-comp classes cover roof construction and repair, exterior and interior painting, insulation, and wood-frame building work, which fits a shop that handles a house's whole exterior envelope rather than shingles alone. The crew is small, one to three people per the state, with the owner working on the jobs. The state lists Theodore Flynn as a principal since 2024. That makes Heritage a fit for a full roof replacement, a storm-damage repair that needs someone out quickly, or a project where tired siding and drafty windows get done alongside the roof. Residential work is the focus. A homeowner planning new-construction framing or a large commercial build is better served by a firm set up for that scale, and anyone who wants to book online will find this is a business that works by phone and in person. Reroofing, siding replacement and window replacement that changes an opening generally need a building permit in Spokane County and the City of Spokane, and the same goes for most of the small towns around them. The permit triggers an inspection that checks things a homeowner can't easily see, like underlayment, ice protection at the eaves and flashing around new windows, all of which matter after a Spokane winter. Expect the contractor to pull the permit in the business's own name. That ties the work to their licence and keeps the record clean when the house is sold.
