Lakeview Roofing & Restoration.

The business holds a current contractor registration with Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, issued in 2025, and works on the Idaho side of the line. It is a newer registration. Rathdrum is its home base, and its stated travel radius reaches toward Post Falls, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Dalton Gardens and Coeur d'Alene. Lakeview lists roofing as its sole trade, with no side business in siding, gutters or general remodeling. Roofing work splits into two different kinds of jobs. A quick fix might be a few blown-off shingles after a windstorm, a leaking pipe boot or flashing that has pulled loose around a chimney. That's an afternoon's work, and the useful questions are whether the roofer can come out soon and whether they'll tell you what else they saw up there. A full tear-off and replacement is a bigger commitment. It means decking inspection, ventilation, ice-and-water protection at the eaves for North Idaho winters, material choices and a manufacturer warranty. For that kind of job, ask how the crew handles rot found mid-job, who hauls away the old roofing, and what the written warranty covers. Ask any roofer you're considering, including one with restoration in its name, which of these two kinds of jobs it takes on most.
