SNL Gutters & Construction.

SNL Gutters & Construction is a small, family-owned residential outfit. The state lists Seth Burnham as a principal since 2022, the same year the business was established, and the crew is in the one-to-three-person range with the owner working on the jobs. The work it has done includes new gutter installs, fascia replacement paired with exterior painting, and siding repair finished with board and metal trim. It is a local shop working out of Newman Lake, and the house jobs it takes stay within the Spokane, Newman Lake and Coeur d'Alene area. That shape suits a homeowner replacing tired gutters, adding guards under a stand of ponderosas, or tying gutter work to fascia and paint repairs on the same exterior. A small crew like this tends to move quickly from estimate to install on a job of that size. Commercial buildings and large multi-trade projects are outside the residential exterior and remodel work this business describes, as are jobs beyond its home stretch of the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area. Exterior work splits into two kinds of hire. A quick fix, like rehanging a sagging run of gutter or swapping a rotted section of fascia, mostly calls for someone who shows up promptly and does tidy work. A larger project, such as full gutter replacement with guards, new fascia and repainting the trim, is where order matters: rotten wood gets fixed before new gutters go up, and paint goes on before the downspouts are hung. Around Spokane, plan the bigger exterior jobs for the dry months and ask how the guards handle needles and snow load off the roof.
