Yadon Construction Specialties Inc.

The state's workers'-comp classes put Yadon in aluminum window sash and door manufacturing, with wholesale delivery of building materials alongside it. That makes it a fabricator and supplier as much as an installer. Its public-works filings run from 2002 to 2022, mostly as a subcontractor, for Spokane School District 81, Washington State University, Cheney School District 360, Eastern Washington University, Pullman School District, Wenatchee Valley Community College, the Spokane Public Facilities District and Prosser Public Hospital District, among others. The state lists David Birdsall, Brian Standley and Carol Rasor as principals since 2002, and Marvin Anderson since 2011. This is a commercial shop that gets its work through bids, general contractors and repeat customers. It fits campus and school door packages, storefront and entry systems, gate work, and powered openers on larger builds. A homeowner replacing windows or fixing a sticking front door will find it a better fit to call a residential installer. A building owner or GC in Spokane, Spokane Valley or Cheney who needs aluminum doors fabricated and hung is the customer it's set up for. Repair or replace comes up often with doors and windows on Spokane buildings. Freeze-thaw cycles and dry summers are hard on weatherstripping, hinges, closers and seals, and those parts can usually be swapped without touching the frame. A frame that's racked, rotted at the sill or pulling away from the wall is a different job, and new hardware won't fix it. Single-pane glass and failed insulated units fogging between panes are usually replacement calls. Ask whoever looks at it to show you which part has failed before you price anything.
