Elevate Deck and Outdoor.

Decks and outdoor construction are the whole of the trade here. Elevate Deck and Outdoor holds an Idaho contractor registration, so its work stays on the Idaho side of the line, in places like Hayden, Hayden Lake, Dalton Gardens, Coeur d'Alene, Rathdrum and Post Falls. The Idaho registration is recent, issued in 2025, and it's shown with its number in the record panel on this page. Before you compare deck quotes, write down what you're asking for so every bid prices the same job. That means the footprint and height of the deck, whether it ties into the house or stands free, the decking material you want (pressure-treated, cedar or composite), railing style, stairs, and anything extra like lighting or a covered section. Note whether removing an old deck is included, who pulls the permit, and how footings will be handled in North Idaho's freeze-thaw ground. Ask each builder to list the framing lumber and fasteners they plan to use. When two numbers differ widely, the gap is usually in one of those lines, not in the labor.
