Bayless Electric LLC.

Bayless Electric is an electrical shop and nothing else. The state lists electrical as its only trade. Its Idaho license dates to 2023, which makes it one of the newer electrical contractors in Kootenai County. Because that credential is an Idaho trade license, its work is on this side of the state line. Homeowners in Post Falls and the towns around it are the natural fit. Before comparing electrical bids, write down exactly what you want done. List every circuit, fixture, outlet or panel change, and note the rooms involved. Note the age of the house, too, since older wiring in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls neighborhoods can change what a job involves. Ask each electrician whether the quote includes the permit and inspection, patching after wall openings, and hauling away old equipment. Ask whether fixtures are supplied by you or the contractor. When every quote answers the same list, you can compare them line by line instead of guessing what's missing from the cheaper one.
