The business describes itself as locally and family owned, with the owner working alongside a journeyman electrician, and much of its work comes through referrals and repeat builders. It fits a homeowner building a house in the outlying towns around Spokane, adding solar, or upgrading an older panel. Commercial, industrial and public works projects sit outside what this residential shop takes on. Before comparing electrical bids, write down what you actually want. For a service upgrade, note the amperage, whether the meter base moves, and any planned loads like a car charger, heat pump or hot tub. For solar, list the panel count or energy credits, the inverter brand and whether batteries are included. On new construction, have the plans marked with fixtures, outlets and circuits so every electrician prices the same house. Ask each bidder whether the permit, inspection and utility coordination with Avista or Inland Power are included in the number.
