Mountain Electric LLC.

The permit record since 2025 shows the range. In Spokane Valley, Mountain Electric removed an old panel that had been serving as a junction box, re-ran feeders to a transfer switch and moved the updated panel into its place. Other jobs include receptacles and lighting for a shop loft in Cheney, repurposing an existing car charger circuit to feed a spa, emergency lights in stairwells, and wiring for new residential construction in Spokane. The state lists Raymond Molander as a principal since 2024, the year the business was formed. That mix suits homeowners with panel and feeder work in an older house, or a remodel that needs new lighting, receptacles or a dedicated circuit for a spa or charger. With a crew of one to three, the person quoting the job is likely the one doing it. Commercial and industrial electrical work falls outside what this business is set up for. Before comparing electrical quotes, write down exactly what you want: every fixture, receptacle and circuit by room, plus any appliance, spa or charger that needs its own feed. For a panel upgrade, note the current panel's size and what you expect to add in the next few years, since a car or heat pump changes the math. In Spokane's older neighborhoods, ask each bidder how they'd handle outdated wiring found behind the walls, and confirm the quote includes the electrical permit and inspection. Bids written against the same list are the only ones worth comparing.
