Premier Electric LLC.

Electrical is the one trade on Premier Electric's record, so this is a business to call for wiring work rather than a general contractor that subs out the electrical. Its Idaho registration dates back to 2006, which puts it among the longer-standing electrical outfits on this side of the line. Being Hayden-based matters in practice: a short drive to jobs in Dalton Gardens, Hayden Lake or Rathdrum makes a return trip for an inspection or a punch-list item easier to schedule. Coeur d'Alene's housing runs from older homes near downtown and around the lake to newer subdivisions spreading through Hayden, Rathdrum and Post Falls, and the electrical work differs with each. In an older house, ask a prospective electrician how they handle original wiring, undersized panels and circuits that were added piecemeal over the years, since remodels there often turn up surprises behind the walls. In newer construction the questions tend to be about capacity: whether the existing service can take a shop, a hot tub, a heat pump or an EV charger without an upgrade. Either way, ask who pulls the electrical permit and who meets the inspector.
