Felco says it backs its work with a two-year workmanship warranty and describes itself as family-owned. The business formed in 2025, and the state puts the crew at one to three people, with the owner doing the work. The fit is residential bathrooms and showers. A remodel that pairs custom tile with a heated floor, a leaking shower that needs its pan restored, or a tub-to-shower conversion built on a manufacturer waterproofing system all sit squarely in that scope. Large commercial tile jobs fall outside it, and so do framing and drywall on new construction. Felco handles the tile and waterproofing, not the rest of the build. Tile and shower work happens indoors, so the Inland Northwest's winters don't stop it, but the seasons still matter. Mortar, grout and waterproofing membranes cure best in a heated house, and a cold, drafty bathroom during a January remodel can slow that down. Heated floors are worth planning for in the fall, before the cold sets in and before the floor goes down. In older Spokane and Coeur d'Alene homes, a long winter of hot showers and dry indoor heat tends to expose failing grout and pans. Spring is a good time to have one looked at.
