Great Floors LLC.

Flooring is the one trade Great Floors lists. That focus makes it a natural first call for a homeowner whose project is the floor itself rather than a whole remodel with a floor somewhere in it. The business operates under the legal name Great Floors, LLC, and its Idaho registration is held through the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. Its work stays on the Idaho side of the line, in Kootenai County towns within reach of its Coeur d'Alene base. Flooring demand around Coeur d'Alene follows the calendar more than people expect. Late fall fills up fast, as homeowners try to get new floors in before holiday guests arrive. Spring brings a second rush tied to home sales and move-ins. Midwinter tends to be quieter, and it's a reasonable time to book. Materials need time indoors to acclimate, and winter's dry indoor air matters for hardwood, so ask about that when you schedule. For a floor you want finished by a specific date, start the conversation well ahead, measure first, and leave room for special-order product to arrive.
