Integrity Hardwood LLC.

Integrity Hardwood holds a contractor registration with the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, first issued in 2012, and its work stays on the Idaho side of the line. Based in Dalton Gardens, the business sits in the middle of its own service area, a short drive from most of the neighborhoods between Coeur d'Alene and Hayden Lake. Flooring is the only trade on its record. Coeur d'Alene's housing runs from early twentieth-century homes near downtown and the Garden District to newer subdivisions spreading toward Hayden and Post Falls. In the older houses, original fir or oak is often hiding under carpet or old linoleum, and the first question is whether it has enough wear layer left to sand and refinish, or whether boards need patching in to match. Newer builds raise different questions: engineered planks over concrete or plywood subfloors, and whether the subfloor is flat enough for solid wood. Dry winters with forced-air heat and damp shoulder seasons make wood move here, so ask any hardwood installer how they acclimate material and leave room for expansion before the floor goes down.
