Magic Carpet Services LLC.

Flooring is the one trade on the business's record, and its name points to carpet. It's a local outfit, based in Dalton Gardens, and Idaho's registration for it dates to 2012. For homeowners in Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Rathdrum or Post Falls, that base keeps the drive short. Repair or replace is the first question on most flooring jobs, and on a Coeur d'Alene home the answer often comes down to what's underneath. Carpet that's stretched loose, seamed badly or stained in one room can usually be re-stretched, patched or swapped room by room. Replacement makes more sense when the pad has broken down, when there's been water in a basement or under an entry, or when the subfloor flexes or squeaks. Lake-country homes see a lot of tracked-in grit, snowmelt and summer sand at the doors, so wear tends to show in traffic lanes first. Ask the installer to pull back a corner and look at the pad and subfloor before you decide.
