Bentas Construction LLC.

As a general contractor, Bentas Construction takes on work where several trades have to be sequenced, from framing and finish carpentry to coordinating the subcontractors a remodel or addition calls for. Its registration with Idaho dates to 2013, so the business has been operating on the Idaho side of the line for more than a decade. The registration number and current standing appear in the state record panel on this page. Scheduling a general contractor around Coeur d'Alene follows the weather. Exterior work, foundations and additions crowd into the dry months from late spring through early fall, and good builders' calendars fill well before the snow melts. Homeowners planning summer projects do best to start conversations in winter, when there's time to talk through plans, settle design choices and line up any permits with the city or Kootenai County. Interior remodels are easier to slot into the colder months, and booking one then can mean a shorter wait. Around Hayden Lake and the other lake communities, summer residents add to the warm-season rush, so plan earlier there.
