Brothers Restoration is a restoration and general contracting business based in Post Falls, Idaho. The name points to the work: putting homes back together. It carries an Idaho contractor registration through the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. From its Post Falls base it works the north Idaho side of the line, with a travel radius of about twenty-five miles that takes in Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Rathdrum.

Brothers Restoration is registered as a general contractor in Idaho, and that registration dates to 2023. Post Falls is home base. The Kootenai County towns around it, including Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens and Hayden Lake, all sit within its stated travel range. The company's work is on the Idaho side of the state line. Restoration covers a wide range of work, and the size of the job changes who you should hire. A small repair is often one visit and one trade. That could be a section of drywall after a minor leak, a rotted window sill or a damaged stretch of trim. A larger restoration is different. Water through a ceiling, a winter freeze that splits a pipe inside a wall, or fire and smoke damage can mean demolition, drying, framing, electrical, insulation and finish work, all in order. On jobs like that a general contractor earns their place by sequencing the trades and pulling permits where the work needs them. Before you hire, ask how the job will be scoped. Ask who handles each stage, and whether the contractor will work alongside your insurance adjuster if a claim is involved.
