Empire Propane NW LLC.

The business operates from Post Falls and travels roughly 25 miles out, which reaches Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens and Hayden Lake on the Idaho side. Its registration is with Idaho only, so its work stays on this side of the state line. Empire Propane NW registered with the state in 2023, and Idaho lists it under the general contractor category. Repair or replace is a common question with propane equipment on a Coeur d'Alene home, and the answer usually turns on age, condition and how hard the system works through a North Idaho winter. A tank, regulator or line that is sound but showing wear can often be serviced. An older appliance or a setup that no longer matches how the house is heated may be worth replacing before the cold months rather than during them. Ask the contractor to explain what they found, what a repair buys you in years of use, and what replacement would involve, so the choice rests on the equipment in front of you.
