Lohman Helicopter LLC.

Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing holds the registration, issued in 2023. The registration covers general contracting on the Idaho side of the line, and the business's footprint is centered on Hayden. A homeowner talking with Lohman Helicopter about a project should ask directly what kinds of jobs it takes on and who does the work, since the registration names the trade broadly. A general contractor's quote is only as useful as the scope behind it. Before comparing bids in Hayden or Coeur d'Alene, write down exactly what you want done, room by room or item by item. Note which materials you've chosen and which you're leaving to the contractor. Say who pulls the permit with the city or county, and who handles cleanup and disposal. Ask each bidder to list what's excluded, which subcontractors they plan to use, and how changes get priced once work starts. Snow loads, frozen ground and a short exterior season in North Idaho can affect scheduling and foundation or roofing work, so ask how each bid accounts for winter. When every contractor prices the same written scope, the numbers can actually be compared.
