Pangburn Projects LLC.

Pangburn Projects works out of Post Falls and travels roughly 25 miles from there, a radius that reaches Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum and Hayden Lake. Its registration is with Idaho, so its work sits on the Idaho side of the line. The business has held that state registration since 2018, and as a general contractor it is the kind of firm a homeowner would call to run a project rather than a single trade. Homes around Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene run from older houses near the original town centers to large tracts of newer construction spreading north toward Hayden and Rathdrum. That mix matters when hiring a general contractor. An older house can hide undersized framing, dated wiring or plumbing once walls come open, so ask how surprises get priced and decided before work starts. Newer homes tend to follow more predictable plans, but additions and remodels still have to tie into the existing structure, roof lines and finishes cleanly. Snow load and freeze-thaw cycles in the Panhandle put real demands on roofs, decks and foundations, so talk through materials suited to winters here, and confirm who pulls the permits with the city or county.
