Quality Canopy Construction Inc.

The Idaho registration for Quality Canopy Construction dates to 2005, which puts the business on the state's books for close to two decades. It works as a general contractor, the trade that takes on a project as a whole and coordinates the pieces rather than handling one narrow task. Its base in Post Falls sits in the middle of the area it serves, between Coeur d'Alene to the east and the state line to the west. Small jobs and big projects call for different kinds of hiring in general contracting. A quick fix, like a sticking door, a rotted stretch of trim or a small deck repair, usually goes fastest with one person who can show up, do it and be done. A larger project, such as an addition, a full remodel or a new structure, involves sequencing several trades, pulling permits with the city or county and keeping the schedule together across months of North Idaho weather. That's where a general contractor earns the fee. Before calling, it helps to know which kind of job you have, describe the scope clearly and ask how the contractor handles subcontractors, permits and changes once work is underway.
