Riverside Exteriors Inc.

Post Falls sits in the middle of the Kootenai County corridor, so a 25-mile reach from there puts most of the area's neighborhoods within range, from older homes near downtown Coeur d'Alene to newer subdivisions out toward Rathdrum. Riverside Exteriors has held its Idaho registration since 2013. The name points to exterior work, but the state lists the business simply as a general contractor, so it's worth asking directly which parts of a house it takes on. Before any work starts, get the scope in writing: which surfaces, which materials, and what happens to the old material once it comes off. Ask how the site gets cleaned up each day and at the end, especially around landscaping and driveways. Find out how changes are handled, whether every change order is written and priced before the crew does the extra work, and who signs off on it. Then ask what warranty covers the workmanship, how long it runs, and whether manufacturer warranties on products depend on how they were installed. North Idaho winters are hard on siding, trim and flashing, so knowing who answers for a problem the following spring matters.
